Damon B. Chandler MD, is a Board Certified Cosmetic Oculofacial and Eyelid Plastic Surgeon, specializing in Eyelid Surgery, Blepharoplasty and Face Mole Removal. After graduating from Duke University cum laude with a degree in Renaissance Literature / Shakespeare studies, Dr. Chandler attended Duke University School of Medicine (top 10 among the best medical schools in the nation). While at Duke, Dr. Chandler was honored to receive a prestigious Howard Hughes Medical Institute Fellowship awarded only to the top scientific minds in the country. While in medical school, Dr. Chandler also completed a highly coveted surgical sub-internship at Johns Hopkins Hospital with internationally recognized pediatric neurosurgeon-in-chief, Dr. Benjamin S. Carson.
Dr. Chandler fostered his plastic surgery expertise during his surgical training at Harvard University’s world-renowned Massachusetts General Hospital. His top ranked training was further honed with a residency and fellowship in Oculoplastic /  Oculofacial Plastic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania.

He most recently finished 4-0 in men’s doubles with his partner Ben at the elite Dink 18 Minor League Pickleball Tournament Monroe, NJ in June 2025, with a victory over the number 4 ranked 14 year-old in the nation. Dr. Chandler previously played the sport of Racquetball at the highest amateur level. Dr. Chandler was proud to be a national champion winner at the 2019 U.S. National Doubles Racquetball Championships, a title he won in Tempe, AZ. Additionally, Dr. Chandler is a continual student of art history and he has enjoyed touring most of the major art museums in the United States and Europe.
Dr. Chandler has been recognized for his dedication to his patients by being named a Top Plastic Surgeon in Main Line Today Magazine and being named a Top Doctor for 2025 by Philadelphia Magazine.
